WARRANTY

PARTS AND COMPONENTS 

      • Cover any defects in the materials used to manufacture your products.
      • Cover defects in workmanship under normal use.
      • Cover any broken components under normal use.


WARRANTY COVERAGE PERIOD

      • 1 Month service and repair
      • You can only avail warranty until the stipulated date on card. 


SERVICE AND REPLACEMENT

      • Replace or repair product at no cost, if the product is still under warranty time period.
      • OneTech would either repair or replace broken parts, under normal use.
      • Replacement or repair product will be exchanged with a new stock, should there be issues under stipulation.
      • There will be no refunds, just replacements.


HOW CAN A CUSTOMER GET REPAIRS OR SERVICE?

      • Email concern with photo or video to support@onetech.ph
      • Present original receipt and warranty certificate.
      • Present photo or any media documentation of the product.
      • The product must be returned with the original packaging/box.
      • For Metro Manila, we will pick up the product after confirmation with our technical support.
      • For outside Metro Manila, customers will shoulder any nominal fee for shipping and handling.


WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY? 

      • Damage of product resulting to negligence.
      • Theft or loss of product.
      • Damage caused by natural disasters.
      • Damage of a product due to mishandling.
      • Damage of product due to unauthorized modification.
